I - MANAGE SUPPLIERS ORDERS:
  • Create / Edit / Delete / Print / Export csv / Change status suppliers orders.
  • Different ways are available to add products on fly in cart:
  1. Reuse and load products from last made orders in cart.
  2. Add out of stock products according to a couple of criterias.
  3. From customers backorders.
  4. From a CSV file import.
  5. Through an auto-complete search.
  • Specify a discount and tax rate for each product. (Discount can be applied in bulk to all products in cart)
  • Set the language, currency for the order.
  • Display a summary area to have an idea of total to spend => total products, total discounts, total taxes, total additional costs and total incl. tax.
  • Define a reference number, expected delivery date, additional cost, general discount, credit note, warehouse, etc.
  • Set a Conditioning Quantity (e.g.: 10 boxes of 100 gloves).
  • Manage partial deliveries: Generate new order for an incomplete delivery (missing products).
  • Manage payments: Each complete or partial payment transaction is saved for supervising.
  • Send order form file (PDF, XLS or XLSX) to supplier: you can specify a customer delivery address, so the supplier can send the order directly to him => Dropshipping.
  • Attach files to an order to be sent to supplier with the order form.
  • Update real stock & wholesale prices of your products when supplier order has been delivered.
  • Write a message to send to the supplier in order to give him information regarding the order, a delay, etc.

II - MANAGE STOCK, MINIMUM STOCK, TARGET AND CONDITIONING QUANTITIES, ALERTS:
  • This section list all your products with ability to edit quickly different quantities such as the Real stock, Minimum stock (low stock level) from which the supplier order should be launched, Target quantity (the usual quantity to order from supplier), pending quantity, minimal quantity to buy, conditioning quantity, view the quantity sold.
  • You can create quickly a supplier order according many available criterias.
  • When your products are out-of-stock, this section will notify you to handle them.
III - OTHER BACKOFFICE FEATURES:
  • Create in bulk suppliers orders based on customers backorders (that need replenishment) to help saving time.
  • Send automatically orders forms to suppliers through cron task based on low stock level.
  • Manage templates to be used as the design for the generated order form.
